Fast and friendly service. One thing you can improve on is the car wash. There was soapy water left on the windshield and the driver side window was covered in white water spots. When I stopped to get gas, there was about a cup of soapy water sitting in there.

I was received quickly and found my way to the lobby. The requested service was an oil change, tire rotation, and a check of the transmission. After 2/1/2 hrs, I checked with the service department to see where we were with the service call. After a few minutes he came back and apologized for the delay. (somewhere along the way, my car got lost!). At this point I had to cancel picking up my great-grandchildren from the bus so my granddaughter had to quick make other plans with the school. I was there for roughly 4 1/2 hours. He was nice and answered my questions but 4 1/2 hrs was more than i expected. We did get a quote for the transmission issue.

Tried to add 2 filters and brought oil change from 117 to over 400 dollars. I declined filters because I can replace them with best for 100 dollars. They failed to resit oil level back to 100 percent. Which I had to return car to have it done. Washed car and left mirror turned in . Pulled car in garage and smelled oil. After it cooled down I opened hood to find he had spilled oil on motor and not cleaned it up. This is first time I have had a bad experience but the older gentleman in front of me was asked if he wanted extra stuff put on his car. Maybe a coincidence but I’m sure mine didn’t need to filters because I get a monthly report on things I need. Might want to check and see if this is a common practice with older adults

My car was there 6 weeks and still never got completely fixed. I think the mechanics just stand back and throw darts and say yep that’s it. Started out with a transmission, then a fuel pump and lastly an ECM which needed another 10 days just to get the part. It will be the last time I ever take anything there to be fixed.

After the last time that was a complete failure. This time was no better. Tire pressures were not set correctly. After tire rotation fuel filter, life monitor was not reset, chassis was not greased. Engine oil was all over the bottom of the oil pan and front axle, dripping off it. Problems were corrected, but they should have been done correctly.The first time not caught by me

Monday 3/23/2026: I was charged for eight oils when my 2015 GMC ACADIA only takes six. I told the service tech Zerrick Schmitt this is wrong. He took my card and charged my discover card. He also said a check your engine light showed on my dash but, he had no time to tell his tech to check the check your engine light on my dash. After going home and checking my previous oil change records which showed six oils, I called Romain Service Manager. He called me back. I told him about the eight oils but, did not tell him about the Check your Engine light. The Service Manager told me he would into the issue. I told him I want my money for the two oils not used in my vehicle. He said he will check into it. I noticed Romain charge to my Discover was quick same day. My credit is not as quick. When I called the Service Manager, I asked the lady to cancel my oil service for my Chevy truck on Tuesday 3/24/2026. I have been a customer since the days when you were located o0n Morgan. You do not provide the same quality service. You talk the quality service but, you do not provide the quality service. EXAMPLE: The saying you don't have time to check the engine light on the dash or make an appointment to come back to check the Check Engine Light on the dash. I'm going to find someone who provides quality service.

This was my first engine oil service since buying new . Oil set was set at 7500 miles truck being below that. I told service representative in lobby as she was keeping me updated. I liked 7500 mile oil change reminder as set originally by GM. She said she was changing to 6000. I said well l will change back to original settings 7500. I live an hour away and can’t change it now so disappointed . I did tell her I like to change my own oil long as doesn’t effect my extended warranty 120. 000 miles or 10 years bought from your dealership. I was assured no problem using 0/20 muti weight full synthetic and certified quality filter. I have shop with hoist enjoy oil service myself. As long as I kept accurate documentation of engine service no problem for warranty.

I had a scheduled appt to bring my car in on 4-6 to fix an oil pan issue. The fix was supposed to take 2 days, but the parts didn't come in. Then the parts didn't come in. And then again, the parts didn't come in. I'm not sure why the parts weren't ordered and on hand before I was told to bring my car in. Amber was great about keeping me informed, and luckily, I had a loaner car from you. NINE days later, my car was ready. When I read the receipt, I saw that the mechanic stated he put the old oil back in the car since my oil change wasn't "that long ago". What??!! If this wasn't under warranty, I'm willing to bet you would have put new oil in the car. It looks to me like this was a move to save a few bucks on your part. I complained to the service manager (I don't remember his name), and he was kind & understanding. He changed the oil and I finally got my car back later in the afternoon.
