Friendly and professional

After arriving for my appointment, the service advisor had to reschedule my appointment for the next day due to the customer rep that scheduled my original appointment provided incorrect information about the documentation that was needed for my repair.

Nice staff.

I was treated courteously and professionally by everyone.

Tried to add 2 filters and brought oil change from 117 to over 400 dollars. I declined filters because I can replace them with best for 100 dollars. They failed to resit oil level back to 100 percent. Which I had to return car to have it done. Washed car and left mirror turned in . Pulled car in garage and smelled oil. After it cooled down I opened hood to find he had spilled oil on motor and not cleaned it up. This is first time I have had a bad experience but the older gentleman in front of me was asked if he wanted extra stuff put on his car. Maybe a coincidence but I’m sure mine didn’t need to filters because I get a monthly report on things I need. Might want to check and see if this is a common practice with older adults

Fast and friendly service. One thing you can improve on is the car wash. There was soapy water left on the windshield and the driver side window was covered in white water spots. When I stopped to get gas, there was about a cup of soapy water sitting in there.

People was great,but the problem was not fixed

From the time I arrived for my appointment until I drove my car off the lot, I was treated with courtesy and respect. The technician who completed the work did an excellent job. I was very impressed that Romain took the time to wash my car before I picked it up.

It was supposed to be a couple hours to uninstall and reinstall AppleCar play and someone was supposed to call me when it was done. However, 6.5 hours later I had to contact them twice to ask about my car. The issue still hasn't been corrected.

Great people and service! Both management and Sales went above and beyond to help us resolve our vehicle issues and worked hard to get us into a newer vehicle.

Was wonderful. My only concern was i have had my truck for over a year and have my oil changer several times but this day i took my truck to the same doors and all i got was a wash. Was never told i needed to go to a diffrent spot on Saturdays. I was taken care of as soon as i got to the right place. And was happy with my service.

Kandace was a pleasure to work with, and the entire team made me feel like a special customer. This isn’t the first car that I’ve bought from the dealership coming back and continuing to do business with them is a choice. My sales experience couldn’t have gone better and I love my new car.

I was disappointed to find out the SMS system was down after changing my appointment time to allow for time to run diagnostics. Oil change and tire rotation was all they could go. Draven was nice and professional.

The oil change and tire rotation was fast and efficient.

My experience was excellent as usual. I have been a Romain customer for 13years, and I have never been disappointed. They always explain my options to me, make sure I get the vehicle I need, and go through the vehicle features. I am always treated with respect and given the best deal they possible can give me. I will keep coming back and recommend my friends and family.

We were very happy with our second purchase at Romain. Kenny was our salesman and he was great to work with. Worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted, and was never pushy. Cameron helped us on the day of pick up and was great as well. We priced many other dealerships, and Romain beat every one we priced. We will definitely be back!

It took 2 hours for my oil change. Also couldn’t rotate tires due to not having a lug nut key because they didn’t return my lug nut key to my glove box the last time they used it. Have to order new key on next visit for another problem

Monday 3/23/2026: I was charged for eight oils when my 2015 GMC ACADIA only takes six. I told the service tech Zerrick Schmitt this is wrong. He took my card and charged my discover card. He also said a check your engine light showed on my dash but, he had no time to tell his tech to check the check your engine light on my dash. After going home and checking my previous oil change records which showed six oils, I called Romain Service Manager. He called me back. I told him about the eight oils but, did not tell him about the Check your Engine light. The Service Manager told me he would into the issue. I told him I want my money for the two oils not used in my vehicle. He said he will check into it. I noticed Romain charge to my Discover was quick same day. My credit is not as quick. When I called the Service Manager, I asked the lady to cancel my oil service for my Chevy truck on Tuesday 3/24/2026. I have been a customer since the days when you were located o0n Morgan. You do not provide the same quality service. You talk the quality service but, you do not provide the quality service. EXAMPLE: The saying you don't have time to check the engine light on the dash or make an appointment to come back to check the Check Engine Light on the dash. I'm going to find someone who provides quality service.

Had an issue with a message saying "Shift Into Park" when the the gear shift is in park. Service rep suggested I shift more slowly to park. This didn't solve the issue.

Service was great, but I had to wait quite a while. I was there almost 3 hours. Had an appointment at one. I drove from Owensboro so I was waiting.
